My stay at Park Hyatt Tokyo was absolutely incredible. From the spacious and pristine rooms to the exceptional service, every detail contributed to a luxurious experience. The location was serene yet conveniently close to the vibrant excitement of Shinjuku. Although the dining was outstanding, I did find the wine list to be a bit pricey. Overall, it was worth every penny for the level of comfort and professionalism offered.

Staying at Park Hyatt Tokyo was a luxurious experience filled with exceptional service and stunning views. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable, while the amenities offered everything we needed for relaxation. However, the dining options during busy hours could benefit from better seating management. Overall, this hotel provides remarkable value for money and comfort, ideal for both families and individuals seeking a serene retreat in the heart of the city.

Our room was spacious and clean, featuring two large beds that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The view from the 41st floor was breathtaking, allowing us to gaze at the Tokyo skyline and even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji. The bathroom was impressive, stocked with quality toiletries.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the Shinjuku shopping area while being situated high up for the views. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and found some fantastic restaurants nearby that are worth the visit.

While the New York Bar had incredible views and ambiance, it's a shame there were limited seating options during busy hours, leading to some inconvenience. The drinks were delightful, but I found myself wishing for more variety in the dining options at peak times.

I was really looking forward to my stay at the Park Hyatt Tokyo, and for the most part, it didn’t disappoint. The views from the rooms are absolutely stunning, especially if you catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. The pool and gym facilities are also impressive. However, the service during the twilight hour left much to be desired, which was disappointing given the hotel’s high standards. While the experience was nice overall, I felt it fell short of expectations considering the price point.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji. The walk-in wardrobe is a nice touch.
Service

The service was somewhat lacking, especially during peak times when attention to guests was lacking. This was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
Location

The hotel is situated just outside the lively Shinjuku area, making for a peaceful stay, but it’s a bit of a trek to get to the train station.
Dining

The dining options were good, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast, but I expect more variety and international standards for a hotel like this.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Tokyo, and it was a truly memorable experience. The service was exceptional, really going above and beyond, though the location is a bit of a trek from public transport. The views from my room were stunning, especially on a clear day when Mount Fuji was visible. However, I did notice some wear and tear in the bathroom, which could use an update. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a luxury getaway with top-notch amenities.

The service was top-notch; staff were genuinely helpful and caring, making sure all our needs were met. They even helped us secure hard-to-get reservations. A couple of staff seemed less informed, but overall, it was fantastic.

The hotel offers an incredibly stunning atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion. The rooms are expansive with breathtaking views, making for an unforgettable stay. While the customer service is top-notch, the location could be a bit more convenient for getting around Tokyo. Also, the price might be on the higher side, but for the luxury experience provided, it feels well worth it.
